Legal Software Trainer/Phone Support Professional
Description:
A well established company in the Baltimore area is seeking a Trainer/Phone Support Professional to provide in person and on the telephone support to clients. The incumbent will work with local clients to implement the software. This includes reviewing the client's current methods, establishing a set of needs, motivating staff members, and teaching the clients to build and maintain their case management software program. The Software Trainer works with clients by travel or by telephone to ensure proper use of the system. The incumbent will also assist clients by phone in the use of our proprietary legal case management software, as well as the general use of other integrated computer software, such as Word, WordPerfect, Outlook, etc.
Requirements:
The candidate must be people-oriented, patient, organized, able to identify pitfalls and progress of clients, and have an excellent phone demeanor. Experience with software training or working in or with law firms is a plus but not a necessity. Experience with Case Management Software or Needles in particular is very helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills preferred.
